Students are introduced to theories and practices of supply chain and operations management. Topics explored and practiced in this course include Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), negotiation, quality, distribution & logistics, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and Lean Manufacturing. Students will gain understanding of the goals and impacts of supply chain management and develop skills in applying them to an organization.
