Statement of Policy 

BYU-Idaho, Ensign College, and BYU-Pathway Worldwide encourage the broad dissemination and use of  information in accordance with copyright and other federal and local laws acting with personal integrity  and honor. All users of university online/Internet/web and related services are required to comply with  local, federal, and international laws, including copyright laws. 

Online students must not copy or publish information from the webpages, courses, or curriculum  offered through BYU-Pathway Worldwide without written permission. 

Members of these communities who willfully disregard the Copyright Policies linked below place  themselves individually at risk of legal action and may incur personal liability for their conduct.
