Statement of Policy 

BYU-Pathway Worldwide seeks to operate wherever The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is organized, but participation in programs delivered via BYU-Pathway and its associated institutions may not be available in every location or region of the world. Additionally, the laws of certain locations prohibit some individuals from participating in programs delivered via BYU-Pathway and its associated institutions.

When a student changes their demographic information indicating they reside in a location, or practice a religion that, under applicable law, would not permit BYU-Pathway participation, BYU-Pathway will review and verify the accuracy of the information. The student will subsequently be notified how the change will impact their enrollment eligibility, which may preclude participation in BYU-Pathway programs.

BYU-Pathway Worldwide is committed to providing transparency and clarity to its current and prospective students. To this end, a list of locations where participation restrictions apply is set forth below. This list will be regularly updated to reflect any changes in eligibility requirements. Students and prospective students are encouraged to review this list and contact BYU-Pathway Worldwide with any questions or concerns.
